Soldering Tin

Soldering tin for soldering bath, soldering machines and electrical engineering

For our soldering tin we use only primary melted pure tin and pure lead (Sn min. 99.9% according DIN 1704 and Pb min. 99.97% according DIN 1719).

The maximum acceptable impurities according to DIN EN 29453 or DIN 1707
are not reached in our alloys.

Each alloy or pure metal is monitored by our “Optical Emission Spectrometer “. Production is only released when a good result has been achieved.

Standard alloys:
  with 63% Sn and 37% Pb ; S-Sn63Pb37E*
  with 60% Sn and 40% Pb ; S-Sn60Pb40E*
  with 40% Sn and 60% Pb ; S-Sn40Pb60
  with 35% Sn and 65% Pb ; S-Sn35Pb65
  with 30% Sn and 70% Pb ; S-Sn30Pb70
or from pure tin with Sn min. 99,9%
(*the capital ”E” stands for electronic quality)
